Embodied Yoga

Moving and finding stillness in a Mindful way

What you shouldn't expect:

  • Shape based practice

  • High strong practice

  • Alignment cues

What you can expect:

  • Safe space to come home to the body

  • Mixed movement & stillness

  • Reduce stress and stiffness in the body and mind

  • Decrease anxiety and burnout

somatic and functional way of practicing Yoga.

Making the Yoga practice useful for you, functional and simple, so that you can take what you learn on the mat into your daily life.

Our body has its inner intelligence. This is a gentle flow practice, accessible to anyone, where we learn to reconnect with the body sensation first.

What you will learn?

It's a transformational practice, a whole experience, that will help you remove stiffness in the body, release tension, reconnect with the breath and find a sense of ease and feeling grounded.

We cultivate concepts such as body awareness (interception and proprioception), which are really important to bring into your daily life.

Create your own safe space to reconnect, explore your stability, mobility and the breath.

When we understand our support mechanisms to move freely, we trust our bodies more, we feel a sense of aliveness and presence.

My work is inspired in many of my mentors from Julie Martin (Brahmani Yoga), Vanda Scaravelli, John Stirk, Ido Portal, Gary Carter, Paul Grilley.

A practice of curiosity.
